Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as Accounting and Authorized Officer for the Department.
Day-to-day administration and coordination per Section 46 of the County Government Act.
Providing strategic policy direction, implementing programs, and managing departmental finances.
Maintaining effective collaboration with other county organs, counties, and the private sector.
Requirements
Be a Kenyan citizen with a first degree in a relevant field.
Ten (10) years of relevant professional experience.
At least five (5) years' experience in a leadership/Senior Management level in Public or Private Sector.
Knowledge of Programme Based Budgeting, Planning, and Financial Analysis.
A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
