Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred; with 12 - 15 years' progressive experience in operations, general management, or executive leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
