Job Summary
Threy urgently need a Chief Operations Officer (Business Process Outsourcing).
This role ensures the seamless delivery of outsourcing services—manpower, infrastructure, and technology—to client organizations.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute operational strategies that support the company's growth and profitability goals.
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape long-term business plans.
Service Delivery & Operations:
Oversee all outsourcing operations, including manpower deployment, infrastructure management, and technology implementation.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Process Optimization:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
Implement automation and digital tools to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Financial Oversight:
Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.
Monitor key financial metrics and ensure profitability of service lines.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to industry standards, legal regulations, and client-specific compliance requirements.
Mitigate operational risks through robust governance and controls.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Represent operations in client meetings, contract negotiations, and performance reviews.
Talent & Culture:
Lead and develop high-performing teams across operations, technology, and support functions.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably within the outsourcing, BPO, or shared services industry.
Proven track record of managing large-scale service delivery teams and infrastructure projects.
Experience in digital transformation, automation, and technology integration in business processes.
Strong background in client relationship management and service-level agreements (SLAs).
