Job Summary
We areseeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to oversee the hospital's daily administrative and operational functions.
The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure efficient healthcare service delivery, and support the hospital's long-term growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations across all clinical and non-clinical departments.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve service delivery.
Ensure efficient utilization of hospital resources.
Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to management teams.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
Requirements
Minimum of a Master's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 - 8 years relevant work experience, with at least 3 - 5 years in senior management or executive leadership, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and quality assurance standards.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, operational management, and organizational leadership.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex healthcare systems.
Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
