Interested candidates should possess a B.Eng. or B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution is mandatory with 10 to 15 years post-qualification experience in engineering project management, construction management, or infrastructure delivery, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or head of department role.
