Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Zuri's overall security strategy and policies
Lead physical security and information protection programs
Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across the organization
Oversee incident response, investigations, and crisis management activities
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry security standards
Protect the physical safety and wellbeing of all staff, executives and visitors
Control and monitor access to Zuri Health premises
Safeguard Zuri Health assets, equipment and intellectual property
Establish clear protocols for medical and wellness outreach events
Ensure robust home-based security support for staff welfare
Provide elevated protection for the Chief Executive Officer
Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and security testing
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in security management and leadership roles
Strong knowledge of risk management, and compliance standards
Experience managing enterprise security operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to respond effectively during crisis and security incidents
