Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-level strategic diagnostics, including stakeholder discovery and executive alignment
Facilitate Board and ExCo strategy working sessions, prioritisation discussions, and decision forums
Translate strategic direction into execution-ready priorities, portfolios, and measurable performance outcomes
Develop executive-grade outputs including strategy narratives, investment cases, transformation roadmaps, and decision papers
Establish implementation governance, including cadence, accountability, and performance review discipline
Provide senior advisory support during rollout, stabilisation, and early implementation to sustain momentum
Qualifications
A strong academic foundation in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related discipline
Minimum 15 years progressive experience in strategy consulting, enterprise transformation, corporate strategy, or senior advisory leadership
MBA is strongly recommended; PhD or equivalent research-based qualification is highly desirable
Demonstrated track record leading enterprise-level strategy engagements from diagnosis to implementation governance
Proven ability to operate at Board, CEO, and Executive Committee level with high credibility and discretion
Strong command of strategic analysis, operating models, governance frameworks, and performance management systems
Exceptional executive writing capability (board papers, strategic narratives, decision memos, investment cases)
High maturity in stakeholder management, influence, and facilitation across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong commercial judgement, including experience shaping proposals and leading senior client engagements
