Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and skilled Cinematographer to join our team in a fast-growing real estate firm.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content for property listings, project sites, corporate events, and marketing campaigns.
The candidate must have a good eye for detail, storytelling, lighting, and visual composition to create engaging content that promotes the company's brand and properties.
Duties and Responsibilities
Capture high-quality videos and photographs of properties, project sites, and company activities.
Plan and execute video shoots for property tours, promotional campaigns, interviews, and events.
Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Operate and maintain cameras, drones, lighting, and other production equipment.
Collaborate with the marketing and media team to develop creative concepts and content ideas.
Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
Conduct location assessments and prepare shooting setups as required.
Manage video and photo archives, ensuring proper storage and organization of files.
Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and cinematography best practices.
Perform other media-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cinematographer, Videographer, or similar role.
Proficiency in video editing software
Experience operating professional cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
Strong creative, storytelling, and editing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in real estate media production is an added advantage.
