Requirements for appointment
For appointment to this position a candidate must:
Be a citizen of Kenya;
Have served and proven experience in administration or management either in Public or Private sector for a minimum period of three (3) years;
Hold a Bachelors Degree from a University recognized in Kenya;
Hold a post graduate qualification in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting or its equivalent;
Be a member of a relevant professional association or body and in good standin
Be in possession of at least Strategic Leadership Development Programme (SDP) lasting not less than six (6) weeks or its equivalent from a recognized institution; Have worked and resided in the Kisumu County for at least five (5) years; and
Satisfy the requirements of Chapter (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
