The City Manager is responsible for driving city-level sales performance, managing channels and retail operations, overseeing marketing execution, and ensuring operational, financial, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening market presence, and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and achieve city sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Manage GT, MT, MDs, retailers, and B2B sales channels.
Oversee product management including NPLs, re-push, and EOL execution.
Coordinate marketing activities, promotions, branding, and VBA performance.
Lead team recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance with HR policies.
Ensure proper financial control, budgeting, reporting, and asset management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to improve performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, channel management, or retail operations (telecoms/mobile phone industry IS MANDATORY).
Strong leadership, target management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/data management experience is an advantage.
