Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead and oversee major construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage civil engineering projects.
Supervise site operations, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and COREN guidelines.
Prepare and review project designs, budgets, and schedules.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree is an advantage).
Must have 10 years experience in civil engineering and project management.
COREN certification (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software.
