A company is seeking an experienced Civil Production Manager / General Foreman to oversee daily site operations on civil construction projects. The role involves managing construction teams, coordinating project activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining productivity and safety standards on site.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Production Manager or General Foreman on civil projects
Proven experience managing teams on pipelines, earthworks, roads, and concrete works
Strong understanding of construction methods and SANS 1200 standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to train, mentor, and supervise foremen and site workers
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities
Valid Code EB driver's license
