RCL FOODS is on the hunt for x2 Claims Clerk to join our Commercial, Credit Management team in Bedfordview.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for admin as well as effectively process claims accurately and promptly.
Minimum Requirements
Matric/Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification in Finance
Relevant SAP experience
FMCG experience will be advantageous
Proven experience working on claims will be advantageous
Excel skills in Pivots and Vlookups
Duties & Responsibilities
Claims Processing
Receive claims documentation in a compliant and timely
Ensure compliance with established procedures and Company standards to maintain effective administration of the claims process.
Administer all paperwork as per defined
Maintain timely input to SAP and ensure accurate claim transaction record capturing on AT Tracker and updating information on the Debtors accounts on SAP accordingly
Information and Data Management
Accurately and regularly capture data into the information system to enable access to reliable data and reporting for trend analysis and decision Ad hoc Administration
File and safeguard records within area of
Compile ad hoc spread
Upkeep of BU SOP's and updating thereof
Effective Teamwork and Self-Management

General Reporting and Balancing
Compiling Stock claim report weekly
Compiling AT Tracker report weekly - Pricing/Adhoc/Settlement disc/ rebates
