Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitize washrooms, office spaces, kitchens, and shared areas.
Empty bins, dispose of waste, and follow proper waste management procedures.
Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and promptly report any repairs needed.
Refill and restock cleaning supplies such as soap, tissue, detergents, and sanitizers.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards across all assigned areas.
Support periodic deep-cleaning activities as required.
Perform any other cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
KCSE Certificate with a minimum grade of C+.
At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar cleaning role.
Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment.
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
Good time management and organizational skills.
High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
