Responsibilities
Organize and clean the entire office and its premises and assist associates in ways to optimize procedures.
Handle general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Keeping an inventory of office supplies in a timely manner to ensure no shortages or loss.
Ensure timely purchase of fuel/diesel to avoid zero downtime.
Run other routine errands, as required, for the office.
Maintain company assets; track usage and working conditions and give prompt reports.
Assist in purchasing supplies for events.
Taking and delivering messages from clients and in-between departments.
Support different departments with administrative tasks and also assist the kitchen staff as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor and report any issues with office equipment and facilities.
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
Proximity to Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi would be considered.
