Job Summary
The Cleaner will maintain a clean, hygienic, organized, and welcoming environment across the salon and other designated areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain salon, office, customer, restroom, reception, and other designated areas to required standards.
Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, sanitize surfaces, clean windows, and ensure all areas remain neat and presentable.
Maintain proper hygiene in high-traffic and customer-facing areas, including regular cleaning and sanitization of frequently touched surfaces.
Monitor cleaning supplies and promptly report shortages, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues.
Properly dispose of waste and ensure cleaning materials and equipment are safely stored after use.
Support general housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or in a similar role is preferred.
Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safe use of cleaning materials.
Physically fit, hardworking, reliable, and able to maintain attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
