Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Officer to support our daily administrative operations.
You'll handle records, filing, data entry, and general office support to keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update physical & electronic filing systems.
Handle data entry, typing, and document preparation
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
Photocopy, scan, and print documents as required
Assist with basic bookkeeping: invoices, receipts, expense records
Provide general support to other departments
Ensure the confidentiality of all company records
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
OND / NCE in Business Admin, Secretarial Studies, or related field. HND/BSc is an advantage
2-4 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent typing skills - minimum 35 WPM
Strong attention to detail and organization
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Must be trustworthy and able to handle confidential info
Must reside within Ejigbo or in close proximity.
