Job Description


Compiling and organizing data, performing calculations, formatting, and preparing reports.
Processing and coding documents.
Managing comprehensive records and filing systems.
Creating and preparing statistical reports.
Resolving discrepancies and coordinating with administrative and professional staff.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree, Associate degree or HND in bilingual secretarial studies, plus at least four years of experience in a similar field.
Must be an endowed active member of the Church.
Ability to apply advanced skills relevant to the role.
Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
Ability to speak and write French fluently will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
Ability to adapt procedures, tools, and processes to meet role demands.
Capacity to perform diverse and complex tasks requiring originality and good judgment.
Ability to guide, train, assign, and review the work of junior employees when necessary.
