Clerk (Raw Materials) at Glencore

In this role you will be responsible for:


Ensuring that all metric tons received, consumed, exported and transferred are reconciled and verified internally against the supplier and transport information.
Ensuring that all information is reconciled, rectified, posted and balanced between OMS, MES and SAP
Ensuring timeous data capturing to the relevant systems
Prepare reports in respect of raw materials handled as per required frequency (daily, weekly and monthly)
Filing all relevant documentation


About you:


Grade 12 or equivalent relevant qualification
In-depth knowledge on SAP and MES
Be computer literate including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
3 years' experience in a Services/Process Plant environment
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of HSEC systems
