REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or certificate in Building Construction or civil Engineering and/or NCA Accreditation (Construction Supervisor)
Minimum of 5 years' site experience
Must have strong steel construction and site supervision skills, including reading drawings, controlling quality, and coordinating on site.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, report, and follow upon construction defects and delays
Inspect work and materials to ensure quality and report issues
Ensure Compliance with Health Safety and Environment regulation
Coordinate with Stakeholders to communicate site progress and issues
Maintain detailed site records and inspection reports
Check that materials meet approved standards before use.
Identify and report construction defects or delays and follow up on corrective work
