Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Relations & Sales Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will promote our services, build strong client relationships, and ensure an excellent patient experience while supporting the hospital's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, corporate partners, and community stakeholders.
Promote hospital services and packages to individuals, organizations, and insurance providers.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Track and report on sales performance, patient acquisition, and client feedback.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve patient experience and service delivery.
Organize health campaigns, promotional events, and outreach programs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields
2 - 3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or customer service; healthcare experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, professional, and proactive.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
