Job Summary
We are seeking a commercially driven Client Relationship Associate to support business development, manage client portfolios, and drive strategic partnerships across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, FMCG, and investment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow client and partner relationships across multiple sectors
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
Conduct client needs assessments and support proposal development
Maintain CRM systems and commercial pipeline tracking
Build partnerships with industry associations, institutional stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
Support market research, stakeholder mapping, and strategic outreach
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
3 - 5 years' experience in business development, relationship management, or commercial roles
Direct exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, agro-processing, or pharmaceutical sectors
Strong communication, proposal writing, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with CRM tools and structured commercial pipeline management
