Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager who will operate a digital photo booth company providing marketing services to restaurants, bars, hotels, and other businesses.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring clients are successfully onboarded after purchase, fully trained on the platform, and consistently satisfied with their service. You will manage ongoing client relationships, monitor account usage, and provide insights to help customers maximize the value of their product.

This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a neutral or minimal accent. The right candidate will be proactive, confident on video calls, and dedicated to helping clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage the client onboarding process once a sale is completed.
Conduct live Zoom walkthroughs and product demonstrations to educate clients on features and dashboard use.
Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor client account activity and provide proactive recommendations to improve product usage.
Handle a portfolio of approximately 100 active client accounts, ensuring each receives personalized attention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and timely issue resolution.
Identify opportunities for client growth, retention, and improved satisfaction.


Qualifications:


Prior experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship role is required.
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral American accent (minimal accent acceptable).
Professional and well-presented on video calls (Zoom).
Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously.
Proactive and resourceful — this is not a reactive support role.
Must be available to work full-time in a U.S. time zone (Central Time).


Additional Client Preferences:


Female candidates only (as requested by the client).
Candidates must submit a 30-second self-introduction video (clear, professional, and well-lit) to demonstrate communication skills and accent.
High-quality presentation and professionalism are mandatory.


Technical Requirements:


USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM (minimum)
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection preferred)
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
