Scion Hospital is seeking a highly professional and results-driven Client Relationship Officer to strengthen and grow our Hospital. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with doctors, healthcare institutions, and emergency service providers to drive brand growth, service utilization, and revenue while ensuring an excellent patients experience.

Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience working directly with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or medical specialists.
Experience in healthcare marketing is required; background in biomedical or clinical environments will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of healthcare referral systems and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong reporting, analytical, and presentation abilities.
