Client Services Intern

Purpose of the Role The Client Services Intern will support the delivery of exceptional customer service by responding to client enquiries across multiple communication channels. This role provides exposure to customer service operations, client relationship management, and service excellence practices while developing professional communication and problem-solving skills. About the Internship programme Location:Samrand - Kosmosdal Department: Client Services Internship duration: 12 months from February 2027 Overview of Role Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client enquiries received via telephone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with company values, service standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide accurate, clear, and helpful information to clients regarding products, services, and processes. Ensure all customer interactions are handled efficiently, courteously, and professionally. Education Matric/NQF 4 Relevant Diploma or Degree Application Criteria Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years Must be South African Citizens Must be unemployed (Interns must have less than 6 months previous employment for consideration) Should not have been on an internship with INSETA before Must have a completed relevant qualification a degree or diploma Required Behavioural Competencies Ensures Accountability Communicates Effectively Decision Quality Customer Focus Instils Trust Interpersonal Savvy Turnaround Time The shortlisting process will only start once the application due date has been reached.
