ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly organised, clinically minded Clinical Administrator to support our clinical services across Greenplace Healthcare and London Diagnostics Clinic in Lagos.
This is a varied role that combines clinical administration, patient-facing sample collection and digital marketing. You will be the first point of contact for DNA testing enquiries, carry out sample collections across Lagos, and help grow our clinic's profile through social media and written content.
You will report directly to the Director of International Clinical Services and work closely with our on-site managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email and online enquiries about DNA testing and other clinical services
Book, schedule and coordinate client appointments and sample collections
Collect DNA samples, including buccal swabs and blood samples, following chain-of-custody and clinical protocols
Travel within Lagos as required to carry out home, clinic and partner-site collections
Maintain accurate client records, booking logs and sample documentation
Manage and grow LDC and Greenplace Healthcare social media channels to promote our clinic and international clinical services
Write blog posts and website content on DNA testing, diagnostics and related clinical topics
Liaise with partner laboratories, clinics and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Support general administration across clinical services, including reports, spreadsheets and correspondence
Provide regular updates to the Director of International Clinical Services on enquiries, bookings and service performance
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
A degree or diploma in a healthcare, life sciences, nursing, biomedical science or related discipline
Phlebotomy training and practical experience
Clinical understanding of DNA testing, including paternity, prenatal and relationship testing, and sample collection procedures
Strong administrative experience in a clinical, healthcare or professional setting
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to write clear, engaging content
Experience managing social media for a business or brand is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace and general digital tools
Confident with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
Reliable, high-speed internet and suitable equipment (laptop and phone) for remote working
Able to work independently from home and in the field with minimal supervision
Able to travel across Lagos at short notice
Professional, discreet and empathetic when handling sensitive client matters
