Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual consultations and assessments.
Provide diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescriptions.
Manage and follow up on patient care and medication plans.
Educate and counsel patients on health and prevention.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, make referrals, and maintain accurate, confidential EMRs.
Qualifications:
Diploma/ degree in Clinical Medicine
Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience. Previous telemedicine experience is an advantage.
Valid practicing license from the Clinical Officers Council.
Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic medical records(EMR)
