Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-
Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.
Registered and licensed by the Clinical Officers Council (or relevant regulatory authority).
Valid practicing license.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
Knowledge of current medical practices, guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and electronic medical records systems is an added advantage.
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to patient-centered care.
