Job Summary
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂWe are seeking a dedicated and qualified Clinical Officer to deliver comprehensive, compassionate, and efficient healthcare services. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing emergencies, performing minor surgical procedures, and ensuring high standards of patient care.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂKey Responsibilities
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂConduct routine consultations, examine patients, diagnose conditions, and formulate treatment plans.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂAdminister emergency clinical interventions, resuscitation, and patient stabilization.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂPerform minor surgical and outpatient procedures within scope of practice.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂRefer complex medical cases to appropriate specialist consultants.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂMaintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient electronic medical records.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂEducate patients and communities on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂKey Qualifications & Requirements
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂEducation: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂLicensing: Active registration and valid practicing license from the relevant Medical Officers Council.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂExperience: Minimum of 2 -3 years of clinical experience in an active outpatient/inpatient setting.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂSkills: Excellent diagnostic skills, clinical judgment, empathetic communication, and ability to work under pressure.
