Requirements:


Minimum educational qualification: Basic R425 qualification (i.e. diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse. OR - A 4-year Bachelor Degree in Nursing (R174) that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
Registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse or General Nurse and qualification in Information and Data Management that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council. A minimum of 7 years appropriate/ recognizable experience in Nursing after registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse in General Nursing.
Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC). Proof of current registration with HPCSA (2026/2027). Attach proof of working experience endorsed by Human Resource.


Knowledge and Skills:


Proven previous experience and qualification in Information and Data Management will serve as a strong advantage. Good communication and Interpersonal skills. Strong management and leadership skills. Computer literacy. Problem solving skills.


Duties:


Coordinate and manage the implementation of clinical programmes and projects. Monitor programme performance, targets, and patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with health policies, clinical guidelines, quality standards. Conduct audits and support quality improvement initiatives. Collect, analyse, and report programme data and performance indicators.
Facilitate multidisciplinary teamwork and stakeholder collaboration. Coordinate training, mentoring, and capacity-building activities for healthcare staff.
Support effective patient care, referral systems, and service delivery. Manage programme resources, including equipment, supplies, and budgets.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and regulatory bodies. Identify service delivery gaps and implement corrective actions. Support accreditation, compliance, and patient safety initiatives.
