Mission for this Role
To design, implement, and maintain a secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud infrastructure on Azure, ensuring reliable and efficient cloud operations across all Multigate platforms. The role is also accountable for optimizing cloud performance, enforcing best practices in security and governance, and collaborating with internal teams to support business continuity, innovation, and strategic technology initiatives.
You will work closely with the technical leads and the Enterprise Architect to improve, identify and establish DevOps practices in the company. The ideal candidate will establish configuration management, automate our infrastructure, implement continuous integration, and train the team in DevOps best practices to achieve a continuously deployable system. This candidate will build scalable, efficient cloud infrastructure. You'll implement monitoring for automated system health checks. Lastly, you'll build our CI pipeline, and train and guide the team in DevOps practices.

Duties/Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of applications in the cloud environment.
Implement best practices for Azure resource provisioning, management, and monitoring.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Streamline and automate operational processes to enhance efficiency.
Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools to manage and version infrastructure configurations.
Ensure consistency and reliability through automated provisioning and configuration management.
Implement and maintain robust security measures for Azure cloud environments.
Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and remediation.
Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Critical Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud DevOps, with a focus on Azure.
Proven experience with Azure Cloud services, including but not limited to VMs, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with identity and access management, encryption, and network security in Azure.
Ability to document processes, procedures, and configurations.
