Your Responsibilities


Prepare premium cocktails and signature mocktails to the highest standards.
Develop creative drink presentations and seasonal menu ideas.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.
Deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.


What We're Looking For


Proven experience as a Cocktail Mixologist or Bartender.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
