Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of delinquent loan accounts and drive timely recovery
Conduct calls, follow-ups and field visits to negotiate repayment plans with defaulting clients
Carry out skip tracing to locate customers who have become unreachable
Liaise with auctioneers and legal teams on repossession and recovery of collateral where required
Must Have Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in collections/recovery, preferably in microfinance or banking
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in collections software/CRM and MS Excel/reporting tools
