Choice Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Bike Finance Collections Officer to manage and oversee collections for our E-Bike financing products. The role ensures timely recovery of payments, effective customer engagement, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage customer repayment schedules for E-Bike financing.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
Resolve payment-related issues and provide guidance to customers on repayment options.
Maintain accurate records of collections, arrears, and recovery actions. Prepare regular reports on collections performance and outstanding balances.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to improve collection efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
2-4 years' experience in collections, loan recovery, or finance operations.
Strong knowledge of payment processes, reconciliation, and customer follow-up.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused, persistent, and results-driven.
