Knowledge and Skills Required:
Ability to relate well with people at all levels.
Knowledgeable about the psychology of young adults. Training in administration
Resourceful and open minded.
Ability to facilitate people working together as a team
Have strong teaching experience.
A registered nurse with a minimum of Bachelor degree in Nursing or medical profession from a recognized university. A master's degree in a medical related discipline, a post-graduate diploma, higher diploma in medical education will be an added advantage.
Possess a valid private practicing License
Leadership and Management training is highly desirable
Must demonstrate high integrity and ethical practice
Must demonstrate ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Must be a team player who is able to work cordially in teams
Must demonstrate ability to multitask.
Should have ability to solve problems by applying relevant business knowledge
Must have the ability to communicate for both written and oral communication
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be a flexible person, who is willing to learn to achieve desired goals
Must have knowledge in use of MS office package
