Summary
We are looking for a high performing commercial & business development lead to join our founding leadership team.
This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing commercial opportunities accross our upstream and downstream operations.
This includes securing strategic partnerships,government licenses and building a robust customer and supplier network.
This roles combines martket stategy, deal making , relationship management , and execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
5 - 8 years experience in commercial/business development roles in the oil & gas sector (experience in both upstream and downstream is a strong advantage).
Proven track record of closing high-value commercial deals (offtake, supply contracts, etc.).
Strong understanding of licensing processes, crude/product pricing, supply chain dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
