What will you do:
Support and optimize sales operations by implementing cutting-edge processes, methodologies, and tools at the area level
Manage and provide expert training on sales systems including CRM and territory management platforms
Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales processes, pipeline metrics, and win-loss patterns to drive continuous improvement
Partner with sales teams to enhance territory planning and reporting capabilities
Develop strategic sales quotas aligned with profit objectives and assist in commission planning
What will make you successful:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Systems or Information Systems
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar commercial role
