What we are looking for
7 to 12 years in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles
Healthcare, medical devices, or related sector experience strongly preferred
Proven track record building or scaling revenue pipelines, not just executing within them
Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management capability
Able to operate at strategic and execution level simultaneously
High ownership, accountability, and comfort with performance-linked KPIs
