What you will own


Patient acquisition pipeline from lead to visit to procedure
Insurance and corporate account development and growth
Referral network across clinics, optometrists, and GPs
Outreach strategy and field team direction
CRM implementation, pipeline reporting, and conversion improvement
Weekly growth rhythm with cross-functional accountability


What success looks like


Sustained growth in new patient volumes month on month
Measurable increase in insurance and corporate revenue
Improved conversion at every stage: lead to visit, visit to procedure
A functioning, data-driven pipeline that leadership can track in real time


What we are looking for


7 to 12 years in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles
Healthcare, medical devices, or related sector experience strongly preferred
Proven track record building or scaling revenue pipelines, not just executing within them
Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management capability
Able to operate at strategic and execution level simultaneously
High ownership, accountability, and comfort with performance-linked KPIs
