About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our growing Commercial Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on business development, negotiations, and closing deals. You will work closely with landlords, developers, investors, and corporate clients to market and lease commercial properties, while building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across Nairobi.
Responsibilities
Source and secure commercial leasing opportunities.
Advise landlords and corporate clients on commercial property solutions.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease transactions.
Build a strong pipeline through networking and business development.
Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and corporate occupiers.
Identify new commercial property listings and bring them to market.
Stay informed on market trends, rental values, and commercial property activity.
Work collaboratively with a high-performing commercial leasing team to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate sales, financial services, banking, commercial real estate, or B2B business development.
Required Skills
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to identify, build, and convert business opportunities.
Excellent networking and client acquisition abilities.
Self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing multiple client relationships.
Must be based in Nairobi.
