As a Commercial Property Consultant within Pam Golding Properties' expanding Commercial Division, you will play a key role in driving sales, leasing, facilities, or property management operations.
The role requires a proven background in any of these core areas, a solid understanding of Kenya's commercial real estate landscape, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities


Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial properties through sales, leasing, or property management activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional customer service.
Conduct property viewings, inspections, and needs assessments to match clients with suitable commercial spaces.
Negotiate offers, lease terms, and sale conditions to ensure favourable outcomes for clients and the company.
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales or service targets.
Stay up to date with trends, pricing, and developments in Kenya's commercial real estate market.
Prepare accurate reports, documentation, and updates for clients and internal teams.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider Pam Golding Commercial Division.


Qualifications


Proven experience in Sales, Leasing, Facilities Management, or Property Management within the commercial real estate sector.
Strong understanding of Kenya's commercial property market (an added advantage).
Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for highly experienced candidates).
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales or service performance targets.
Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
Must have a personal car (critical requirement for the role).
