Role Overview
The Commercial Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by sourcing new business, closing profitable deals, and managing key accounts within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets within the logistics and freight forwarding market.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Manage key accounts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Handle customer issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate sales records, manage the sales pipeline, and report performance using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage with 3 - 5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Relevant Freight Forwarding experience is essential.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Experience managing multiple client accounts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
