The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening market presence, expanding sales channels, and supporting strategic commercial initiatives that drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and outlet expansion across the Coast Region by supporting the execution of the company's commercial strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, hospitality partners, and other key stakeholders.
Plan and execute trade marketing activities, including promotions, merchandising, brand activations, exhibitions, and events.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback to identify new commercial opportunities.
Support the growth of strategic business channels, including retail outlets, hospitality accounts, and the factory shop.
Enhance retail execution standards and customer experience while implementing initiatives that improve sales performance.
Coordinate regional commercial operations and provide regular reports on key performance indicators, market intelligence, and sales activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Coordination, or FMCG Operations.
Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, retail outlets, or hospitality channels is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of the Coast market and regional commercial dynamics.
Experience within an FMCG or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
