Qualifications & Experience
	We're looking for a results-driven professional who brings both technical understanding and commercial acumen to the role.
	7 - 10 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare capital equipment industry.
	3 - 5 years in sales leadership with a proven record of meeting growth targets.
	Hands-on experience with ventilators or critical care technologies is a strong advantage.
	Strong background in strategic account planning and value-based selling.
	Proficiency in CRM platforms and data-driven sales management.
	A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
	A hybrid background combining clinical/technical expertise with commercial strategy is highly desirable
