Role Responsibilities
Brand Management & Development:
Support the development and maintenance of a clear and consistent brand identity.
Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand positioning.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
Support the implementation and enforcement of brand guidelines.
Corporate Communications & Engagement:
Assist in implementing communication and engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Support communication plans for product launches, events, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate communication efforts and provide performance insights.
Coordinate internal communications to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
Content Creation & Management:
Develop engaging content for websites, email newsletters, social media platforms, press releases, and marketing materials.
Manage content calendars and scheduling across platforms.
Collaborate with designers and digital teams to produce compelling visual and written content.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all published materials.
Media & Public Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry stakeholders.
Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor media coverage and support reputation management efforts.
Identify and coordinate speaking and partnership opportunities.
Project Coordination & Support:
Support the planning and execution of communication-related projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of communication deliverables.
Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to management.
Assist in analyzing communication metrics and preparing reports.
Budget & Administrative Support:
Assist in managing communication budgets and tracking expenditures.
Ensure cost-effectiveness in communication initiatives.
Maintain documentation and communication records.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in communications and project management, preferably in a leadership role.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Candidate must not be less than 32 years of age.
Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, communication trends, and engagement tactics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, content management systems, and possibly sales.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and mentor a team.
