Communications Intern at Kenya National Farmers Federation (KENAFF)

Key Responsibilities


Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading communication materials (press releases, articles, newsletters, reports).
Support the management and content creation for KENAFF's social media platforms and website.
Help document and capture project activities through photography, videos, and written content.
Assist in designing promotional and awareness materials (posters, flyers, banners).
Maintain an organized archive of communication materials and media assets.
Support the Communications team with other departmental activities as assigned.


Qualifications & Requirements


Diploma or Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies or a related field is encouraged.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an added advantage.
Familiarity with social media management is desirable.
Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
Basic computer skills.
