About the Role
Malcolms Anatomy Foundation is seeking a Communications and Outreach Lead to oversee the Foundation's communications function across digital platforms. This role is responsible for coordinating how the Foundation presents its work, including webinars, interviews, partnerships, and key organizational updates.
The Communications Lead will not be focused on general content creation, but on communications strategy, coordination, and publication management across teams and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Webinar & Event Promotion
Promote approved webinars and public events across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels
Coordinate audience engagement and visibility for events
Work with the Programs Department to ensure timely announcements
Interview & Media Distribution
Oversee publication of recorded interviews and discussions
Coordinate with video editors to produce clips, highlights, and summaries
Ensure content is published on YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the Foundation website
Organizational Updates & Communications
Publish updates on partnerships, programs, and Foundation milestones
Ensure consistent communication across all public platforms
Maintain alignment between communications and organizational priorities
Google Ad Grants Management
Create and manage Google Ad Grant campaigns
Promote key Foundation pages such as webinars, campaigns, and provider directory
Monitor and improve campaign performance for visibility and outreach
Team Coordination
Supervise and coordinate video editors, graphic designers, and content volunteers
Assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of communication outputs
Work closely with Programs and Partnerships teams
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in communications, media, marketing, or nonprofit outreach (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and digital communication tools
Basic understanding of Google Ads or willingness to learn Google Ad Grants
Ability to manage small remote teams or volunteers
Good written communication skills
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience in NGO or nonprofit communications
Experience managing social media for an organization or brand
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Experience working with remote teams
