Position Overview
The company is seeking a competent and dependable Company Cook who will also assist with general kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing daily meals for employees while supporting the smooth and hygienic functioning of the kitchen.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and serve daily meals for company staff in a timely manner
Assist with general kitchen duties, including food preparation and cleaning
Plan balanced and nutritious menus in coordination with management
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Assist with purchasing, receiving, and storing food supplies
Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, storage areas, and dining spaces
Support other kitchen staff as required
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Ability to prepare meals for groups efficiently
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Attributes
Formal culinary training or certification
Previous experience in a corporate, institutional, or commercial kitchen
