Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and reliable driver to support our day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication,organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Transport company vehicles to client locations, paint shops, registration offices, service stations.
Drive staff/management to assignments, meetings, or events.
Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and serviced regularly to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.
Monitor fuel levels, oil, and other essential vehicle fluids, and manage refueling and minor repairs as needed.
Daily checks: oil, water, brakes, tires, fuel, lights before trips.
Report faults or servicing needs immediately to Admin/Operations.
Keep company vehicles clean inside and out.
Maintain accurate trip logs and fuel usage records.
Follow traffic laws and company driving policies strictly.
Avoid speeding, reckless driving, and unauthorized vehicle use.
Comply with traffic regulations and always maintain the highest standard of driving safety.
Plan and navigate routes efficiently to avoid delays.
Uphold confidentiality regarding all sensitive information handled in the course of duties.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Provide support during events or special functions, including logistics coordination or on-site assistance.
Carry out any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an SSCE with relevant years of experience.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
2-3 years of professional driving experience.
Must be at least 40 years old.
Familiarity with traffic regulations and city routes.
