Interested candidates should possess a Degree in Law & Associate or Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) ACIS or FCIS with a minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a company secretarial or corporate governance role and deep working knowledge of CAMA 2020, CAC filing requirements, and Nigerian corporate law.
