We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary / Legal Counsel to strengthen our Governance, Quality & Legal team.
The successful candidate will deliver an excellent service, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement at Enugu International Hospital.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team serving patients across South-East Nigeria, with access to modern facilities and a clear pathway for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high-quality, reliable service within the Governance, Quality & Legal function
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals
Maintain accurate records and uphold organisational standards
Support quality improvement and process-efficiency initiatives
Uphold health, safety, and compliance requirements at all times
Contribute to a professional and patient-focused hospital environment
Qualifications and Experience
LLB and BL (called to the Nigerian Bar) with 5 years of company-secretarial experience
Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required
Evidence of continuing professional development
